"I wanted to say what a positive experience using Cheltenham Medical Eye Centre was. I have very poor eye sight and glaucoma and found myself at a juncture where I wanted further professional to give me their opinion on how best to proceed.

I found your optician to be very knowledgeable, friendly and indeed made changes to my prescription that I have found to be beneficial as well as providing reassurance in relation to other aspects of my vision and the general health of my eyes.

Financially I took your guidance and opted for the Zeiss lenses, not the cheapest, however, I have no regret’s and the cost over the lifetime of the glasses is money well spent. 

 I found the overall experience a very positive one, unlike modern optician chains I at no time felt rushed, I felt like I was listened to and that my opinions mattered."
